RETURNS/FAQ

Can I Return item(s)?
At Koo Koo Madame we hope you love the items you buy, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached and in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt for a refund.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and underwear are non-returnable.
We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence of:
  • visible stains,tan or make up marks,
  • a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, deodorant or cigarettes.
How do I return items?

Stating the reason for your return, the order number, name and full address.
Please do not send item(s) until you receive a reply.

Post the item using recorded delivery, making sure that you keep your proof of postage in a safe place for reference.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel via a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods and issue a registered signature from us when we receive the parcel.  We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
 
Refunds will be made by original payment method.
 
Returns will be refunded the cost of the goods minus the delivery cost unless faulty or incorrect item sent.
 
Please do not post anything to us outside the 14 day period as we cannot refund the item. We are also unable to send it back so please check very carefully the dispatch date.

Can I exchange an item?
At present we do not offer an exchange service for online purchases.  Please return item for refund and then order online another item.
Can I return an item(s) to the shop?
Yes you can.  You must bring proof of purchase and email customer services prior to returning item.  Refunds will be issued via paypal.

Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?
We are sorry, but the delivery cost you originally paid is non-refundable.
If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, this will also be at your own cost, and we can't refund your postage. However, if we sent you the wrong item or something faulty, just contact us and send it back via recorded delivery and enclose your postal receipt.
 
I have received a faulty item?
We are very sorry to hear that.  All of our items are checked before dispatch but if you do find a fault please contact customer service in the first instance and we will send a replacement, repair or refund if out of stock. .

When will I receive my refund?
We will endeavor to issue all refunds within 7 days of receipt.

Cancelling the order?
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund on the goods only but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.

 In store purchases
 Please note items purchased in store  operates a 14 day exchange only policy.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
